Podere Bertinga’ IGT Toscana
The Bertinga vineyard is close to the village of Lecchi in Chianti. This vineyard covers two hectares with a very fine southern exposure and a soil with a natural vocation for producing major red wines, a lime base with a prevalence of alberese rocks.
The "Bertinga" wine (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot) is refined in Allier oak barriques (thirty per cent of which are replaced every year) for a period of eighteen months, after which comes the final blending and bottling. It then rests for another six months in the bottle before being released.

Podere Grosso Senese’ Chianti Classico DOCG
Grosso Sanese originates in a vineyard covering about two hectares next to the estate headquarters. The fairly compact lime-based soil is composed mainly of alberese and galestro. The vines are pruned according to the spurred cordon method, leaving a maximum of six buds.
Production is limited to 5,000 to 6,000 liters per hectare (2.5 acres), for a total production of about 10,000 bottles per year. Fermentation takes place in 5,000-liter oak barrels. The wine is refined in barriques made of Alliers oak, thirty percent of which are replaced each year. Here it stays for eighteen months, before the final blending and bottling. The wine then ages in the bottle for another six months before being released for sale.

Podere Rosso del Palazzino IGT Toscana
The grapes are fermented in steel vats at a lower temperature than is used for Pieve and Grosso Sanese so as to preserve the intensity of the primary aromas of the grapes, then the new wine is poured into small oak casks for aging.
Production amounts to 25,000 bottles per year in the best vintages while it is increased to 40.000 in the other occasions when a Riserva is not produced.

San Fiorenzo Bolgheri
Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine carries out an 18-day fermentation and maceration in steel, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels and a further 3 months in bottle. Purple in appearance, it presents a bouquet that evokes the preserves of berries, smoothed by sweet spicy notes. On the palate, it is splendidly balanced, with soft and supple tannins. Ideal pairing with ravioli with meat sauce, braised duck breast, grilled lamb chops.

San Fiorenzo Brunello di Montalcino

Savini Riserva Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
The color is deep ruby red with garnet nuances. On the nose, the wine offers hints of red fruit jam (cherry, black cherry), dried flowers, cardamom, and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it is rich and intensely structured with well-integrated tannins and flavors of licorice and marasca cherry that carry through a dry, complex finish. This wine is made in the “Super – Tuscan” style by adding Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes to the classical grape of Tuscany, Sangiovese.
Each year we add selected wines to the blend to bring subtle complexity and richness without losing the flavor of the traditional wines of Tuscany. Grapes picked at optimum ripeness ensure a wine which expresses itself in its ripe blackfruit components and full body. A true reflection of flavors which are a marriage of our soils under the Tuscan sun. For smooth body and elegance, the wine is aged in small oak barrels

Villa Pillo Cingalino Rosso di Toscana
The wine, composed by 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc, as been named because of the funny animal represented on the label. A dressed wild boar with a grape on his hand. It’s a nice label for representing our Tuscan region. The intention is to do a product easy to drink with the complexity and roundness of French varieties, without loosing the flavor and fresh quality of traditional Tuscan wine. Thanks to the particular attention of the blend, we obtain a wine with a medium dark color with vibrant flavor and aromas, a pleasant wine to drink even if young. Every varieties did the fermentation separately and after the Cigalino has been aged for 6 months in French one year used barrels of Lt. 225, which contribute to enhance the elegance.

Villa Pillo Cypresses Rosso Toscano IGT
The 3 Cypresses, symbols of Toscana, give the name to the wine.The wine, 100% Sangiovese, comes from the selection of our best grapes and it reflects the traditional aroma and brilliant quality of Tuscan wines. The vines are trained on a vertical trellis to allow management of growing shoots and favor the development of color and ripeness.
Spur pruning in the winter followed by further selection of fruit in the spring ensures an ripeness. It has been aged in new French Tonneaux of 7 Hl to don’t give an eccessive tannin taste to the wine. The variety Sangiovese, at Pillo, expresses itself as a wine with adeep purple colour, with cherries and ripe fruits notes, balanced and medium body in the taste. Thanks to the big and smooth tannins, it is a wine of long ageing potential.

Villabella Bardolino Chiaretto
Produced with Corvina and Rondinella grapes, from vineyards grown in the hinterland of Lake Garda. Traditionally Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night. Today, part of the must makes just a few hours maceration, in order to obtain a very light color. This wine should preferably be drunk within a year of the vintage. Has a pale pink colour. On the nose, citrus and floral notes accompanied by herbal hints reminiscent of sage. Good acidity and sapidity combined with a youthful fruitiness.

Villabella Ripasso
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from vineyards situated in the Valpolicella Classico area, following the traditional ripasso technique: the wine is kept in contact with the skin (still impregnated with sugar and aromatic components) of the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone. In this way, the resulting gains greater structure and complexity. Intense fruity notes of cherries, dewberries, bilberries and plums, together with suggestions of spices. Dry, with notable structure, it has a rich taste of red fruit and elegant spicy tones, reminiscent of cinnamon, cloves and pepper.

Villabella Soave
Produced with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes , grown in the historic Soave Classico zone, this wine matures in stainless steel tanks, followed by a period of maturation in bottle prior to release. Elegant floral notes of elderflower and acacia blossom, combined with hints of crisp, crunchy apples at the nose. This is a dry wine, but with appealing, well-balanced fruit on the palate, where one finds echoed the floral and fruity sensations noted in its perfumes, combined with delicate mineral notes on the finish, which are typical of the wine zone of origin.
