Championing the finest Michigan cherries, Star Union’s Cherry Brandy is 100% Montmorency Cherries grown on the Oxley Farms estate. Montmorency cherries are part of the lighter-red, Amarelle cultivar of sour cherry that presents in our brandy as gentle on the pallet, yielding to an invigorating edge. Flavor balanced throughout. Aged in Toasted American Oak Barrels which deepens the richness of the cherry core while maintaining the balance of spicy accents and vanilla essence. An exciting mix staple that adds a modern flavor profile to classic cocktails.
