We harvest Cabernet Sauvignon clusters at ideal ripeness & combine them at the press before a slow, meticulous fermentation. On the nose, black pepper & currant meld into a lush, robust palate of violet, tobacco leaf, cassis & subtle licorice. Balanced acidity & integrated tannins linger over a soft finish.

The result is a flavorful complex gin that can be had neat, or on the rocks with a slice of your favorite citrus peel.
