Stone Hill Ozark Hellbender
Since the Ozark Hellbender spends most of its life secretively hiding under rocks in the bottom of Ozark streams Stone Hill is keeping their blend a secret as well. All variety of grapes used are grown in the Ozark Mountain AVA. Some grapes aged for one year in neutral oak barrels to bring out complexity, softness and drinkability. Then just before bottling, like any good family recipe, they add the final variety which is held secret only for the winemakers to know.

Black Oak Merlot
Garnet red in color, deep and rich-looking. The wine is warm and layered with cocoa and ripe blueberry aromas. The fresh plum flavors are indicative of a homemade, dense-like strawberry jam, with hints of black cherry and red licorice. With a fine tannin structure, this medium-bodied wine is consistently smooth, all the way through to the finish.

Copper Fiddle – Fiddle Gin
Conceived to expand the American gin drinker’s palette by introducing them to a Genever Dutch-Style Gin; the very first gin. This is an American interpretation on a Genever style gin that is softer, more complex and flavorful than your typical London Dry style.
Distilled in an American made multi-section reflux column still from Colorado, with a gin basket at the top of the column, the natural botanicals are vapor infused before being condensed back into the final product. The result is a flavorful complex gin that can be had neat, or on the rocks with a slice of your favorite citrus peel.
