Lynfred Rosé

Before starting the fermentation of our reserve red wines, “Saignée” technique is used. This is the practice of removing (“bleeding off”) some of the juice from the must in order to more deeply concentrate the tannins, color and flavor the red wine.  Then the juice was cleaned by cold settled and fermented at low temperature like a regular white to preserve all the freshness and fruity aromas and flavors in a dry style rose.
