Cooperstown Cooper’s Classic American Whiskey
Distilled from a traditional bourbon mash, this fine spirit is blended several times with whiskey from re-charred American oak barrels. It spends the last 3 months of its life in French oak which imparts an enticing vanilla, creme brûlée finish. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks for a truly unique sipping experience.

Black Oak Chardonnay
Right golden straw in color. Wonderful aromas open up with summer-ripe peaches meeting tropical fruits and flowers. The silky-smooth flavors are reminiscent of baked apples and toasty vanilla bean. The lively acidity makes this an extremely well-balanced Chardonnay. The finish is long and fruity, with just a hint of hazelnuts.
