Foris Fly Over Red
A blend of classic Bordeaux grape varieties designed for everyday enjoyment. The fruit for this delicious wine was sourced entirely from vineyards in the warmer eastern reaches of the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. Fermented in small lots and aged for 18 months in French oak, Fly Over Red offers soft and generous flavors of blackberry, black currant and pomegranate with toasty vanilla spice and fine herbs adding complexity.

Iris Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Noir
Each vineyard parcel was harvested separately, at peak maturity and brought into the cellar cold.This wine showcases the quality and diversity of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This is a versatile wine, which will pair well with a variety of foods. The fruit was gently destemmed, into stainless steel tanks and to 1.25 ton open top fermenters, to ferment as individual vineyard parcels. Once fermentation was complete, the tanks and fermenters were pressed separately and then barrel aged. After aging through July the lots were blended together to build complexity.

Monte Volpe Mendocino County Primo Rosso
Primo Rosso, first red in Italian, is a blend of many old world varietals, many which have been grown here for over a century: Zinfandel, Primitivo, Carignane, Petite Sirah and Syrah were grown on the benchlands and hillsides of the Ukiah and Redwood Valleys. All of these grape varieties make beautifully fruity wines with good dark colors, full tannins and good balanced acidity. These varieties complement each other in so many different ways.
This creative blend produces a wine of extraordinary balance. This wine has a dark purple-garnet color, with fruity aromas and flavors of plums, blackberry jam, spice and earth with hints of toasty oak. Rich full flavors, ample tannins and balanced acidity seamlessly carry through to a long, complex finish.
