A full-bodied rich and classy dry white with highlights of French oak and aromas of bay leaves, vanilla and spice. This nicely balanced Chardonnay has been barrel fermented and aged in French oak for ten months to bring out its creaminess.

Wollersheim Domaine du Sac
This wine reflects the heritage of the French Beaujolais region. The grapes are grown on the winery’s hillsides overlooking the Wisconsin River where it develops aromas of fruit with deep berry flavors. Domaine du Sac has a medium bodied palate with overtones of black raspberries and cherries. Ages five months in French and American oak.
