Foris Fly Over Red
A blend of classic Bordeaux grape varieties designed for everyday enjoyment. The fruit for this delicious wine was sourced entirely from vineyards in the warmer eastern reaches of the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. Fermented in small lots and aged for 18 months in French oak, Fly Over Red offers soft and generous flavors of blackberry, black currant and pomegranate with toasty vanilla spice and fine herbs adding complexity.

Foris Rogue Valley Moscato

Foris Rogue Valley Pinot Noir
Medium in hue, florally driven with rose petal, red plum and underlying notes of pine resin and mint. On the palate it is smooth, round, and medium-bodied with flavors of tart cherry, orange zest, rhubarb and clove. Its lively acidity carries through the palate and finishes with polished fin-grained tannin.

Iris Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Gris
Each pinot gris vineyard parcel was harvested separately, at peak maturity and brought into the cellar cold. The fruit was whole cluster pressed into stainless steel tanks to ferment as their own individual vineyard parcels. Once fermentation was complete, the individual tanks were blended together to build complexity and interest. This wine shows generous fruit while retaining the acidity that gives this wine structure and balance

Iris Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Noir
Each vineyard parcel was harvested separately, at peak maturity and brought into the cellar cold.This wine showcases the quality and diversity of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. This is a versatile wine, which will pair well with a variety of foods. The fruit was gently destemmed, into stainless steel tanks and to 1.25 ton open top fermenters, to ferment as individual vineyard parcels. Once fermentation was complete, the tanks and fermenters were pressed separately and then barrel aged. After aging through July the lots were blended together to build complexity.
