This vineyard covers two hectares with a very fine southern exposure and a soil with a natural vocation for producing major red wines, a lime base with a prevalence of alberese rocks. The "Bertinga" wine (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot) is refined in Allier oak barriques (thirty per cent of which are replaced every year) for a period of eighteen months, after which comes the final blending and bottling. About 10,000 bottles are produced annually of this wine labeled as 'Toscana, Indicazione Geografica Tipica.'
