Le Grand Fricambault ‘Silex’ Sancerre Blanc
Pale gold with a clear brilliance. Powerful, the aromas as varied as they are classic: citrus fruits are well represented, (lemon, blood orange), spiced with a subtle hint of boxwood and broom. The attack is ample and tender. A good balance between roundness and freshness shows on the mid-palate. Clean and lively on the finish, the persistent retro-olfaction has fruity notes of apricot and peach, this is a white Sancerre with a forthright character.

Le Grand Fricambault ‘Silex’ Sancerre Rosé
The color of ripe redcurrants, with the faintest of hints of orange, perfectly limpid. The smell is delicate and the aromas reveal themselves more upon aeration. There are some lactic notes on the first nose, which then develops into aniseed and mint. The attack is round and supple. The center of the mouth has volume. Overall it is soft and well balanced by a touch of tannin at the finish. The lingering finish shows spicy notes of pepper and thyme.

Le Manoir ‘Vieilles Vignes’ Sancerre Blanc
Pale gold with green highlights, limpid. The intense nose shows a broad and complete palate of aromas: floral sensations (violets) are accompanied by fruity notes (litchi), and beautiful minerality (gun smoke). Round and full at first, its vivacious side slowly builds to the end, which reveals harmonious notes of citrus (lemon, grapefruit). A dense white Sancerre that finishes with a lingering aromatic persistence.

Les Longues Fins Sancerre Blanc
Gold with platinum and green highlights, clear. The fruit forward first nose is dominated by citrus and stewed fruits. Then notes of pepper and fresh greenery (rhubarb and broom) lift the aromatics. The suppleness of the attack gives the wines a lightness of touch. Then a lively vivacity fills the mouth. The evocative aromas of melons and ripe lemons add to the already long finish. A great example.

Les Monts Damnés Sancerre Blanc
A very pale platinum color, with gold and green highlights, limpid. The aromas are both intense and complex. They show great maturity, dominated by fruit, and also reveal a touch of menthol, musk and spices. The mouth shows plenty of fullness and weight. The roundness and suppleness marries remarkably well with this wine’s freshness, assuring good all round structure. The brisk finale is underlined by nuances of pineapple and pepper.
