Saurus Barrel Fermented Pinot Noir
Bright red hues. On the nose aromas of red fruits such as currants, raspberries and strawberries. For fermentation in oak barrels, notes of vanilla and cocoa. The palate is very fruity with mild tannins and good acidity. Wine naturally stabilized, unfiltered.

Saurus Select Malbec
A very intense purplish red denoting maturity. The nose is complex, combining ripe red fruit aromas such as gooseberries, plums and cherries, and notes of spice. Its oak aging brought a touch of vanilla and coffee. In the mouth has very good entry, with gentle tannins and well balanced. It is a persistent and elegant wine. Wine stabilized naturally unfiltered, possible precipitates.

On the nose are detected as violet and pink flowers, red fruits like raspberries, currants and strawberries are also fungi and mineral aromas, accompanied with notes of vanilla and cocoa provided by the oak. The palate is round and fruity with mild tannins, medium body and moderate acidity.
